Fees and Payment

Billing:
Payments for services will be made as per the agreed-upon terms. Charges may include one-time service fees or recurring payments based on the project or contract terms.
Termination
Zenra-AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms. If we terminate the agreement due to your breach, we will notify you promptly.
If you wish to terminate the contract before the end of the agreed-upon service period, you will be required to pay for the full contract timeline, even if services are discontinued early. This payment will cover the remainder of the contract term, and no refunds will be provided for early termination.
If Zenra-AI terminates the contract for reasons other than breach, we will notify you and issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the services, if applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Zenra-AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Interruptions or disruptions in service availability.
Bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted to or through Zenra-AI.
Errors or omissions in the content provided by Zenra-AI.
